New York, New York Not confined to walls, NO PARKING does some groundwork here. A more conventional piece would have just said “PARKING” with a line through it. But, no, NO PARKING isn’t that obvious. S/he still includes the word “NO” when it easily could’ve just been the “PARKING” with the line through it. Loving the yellow!
