Black on yellow paint..nice switch up from standard sole yellow paint. With another standard: ACTIVE 24 HR. I can totally picture NO PARKING standing on that rusted metal bar and doing this piece. I’d kill to see him/her in action. Just once. And if I did, you can be sure you’d all hear about it!
