New York, New York A rare glimpse at NO PARKING’s stencil work. And, if as determined by the height of the piece, we can assume one of three things. 1. NO PARKING is very tall. 2. NO PARKING doesn’t work alone…(on someone’s shoulders for instance.) 3. NO PARKING carries around a ladder or some other similar working device to achieve wild heights. So what is it? One? Two..? Three…..? Or, is there a fourth option? Someone shed some light on this mystery please.
