Here, NO PARKING abbreviates his/her tag to make use of the limited space. This tag also puts to rest a theory I’ve heard about the commentary of the tag, that it is expressing the writer’s wish for nobody to park. Well, who in their right mind, or at all, could park here? From this angle? It makes no sense. Proof is in the photo, naysayers.
